Vegetable Lasagna (cheese & Tangy)
Roatsed Veggie’s
Butter 2 tbsp, Garlic 1 tbsp, Onion 1, add Capsicum (all colours) , Corn, Beans & Carrot (mix) 1/2 cup, Saute well, Tomato 1, Salt to taste
then add Mushroom 6, Keep medium flame, Oregano 1 tsp, Chilli Flakes 1/2 tsp, Black pepper 1/2 tsp, Simmer 5 minutes, Don’t overcook
Veggies ready !
Red Sauce
Boil 3 Tomato, Cool & Grind, Butter 1 tbsp, Garlic 1 tbsp, Onion 1 , Salt to taste, Oregano 1 tsp, Chilli Flakes 1/4 tsp, Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
Boiled Tomato Puree, Cook high to med flame, Cook 5 to 10 minutes, After 10 minutes, Tomato sauce ready
White Sauce
Butter 1 tbsp, Garlic 1 tsp, Saute well , then add All purpose flour 3 tbsp, Saute 5 minutes- keep low flame, Black Pepper (1 pinch)
salt pinch, Milk 1 cup, Combine well, Keep low flame, Oregano 1/4 tsp, White Sauce ready
Take pot or glass baking try, First add Tomato Sauce and spread evenly, then add White sauce, Spread Sauce evenly then add Add Lasagna sheet / Bread / Roti
i m using Wheat Roti , Spread Tomato & White sauce then Roasted Veggies, then add Mozzerella & Cheddar Cheese.
Repeat same process, and last add Mozzerella & Cheddar Cheese & then add chopped spinach
Preheat & Bake 15 min 200 degree or Can also be cooked on gas in 25 min Low flame than your
Vegetable Lasagna (cheese & Tangy) Ready
