So here is the recipe itself.😋🍽
1. Put the water for Spaghetti on fire untill it starts boiling.
2. Put a large saucepan on a medium heat and fry ham cubes in oil.
3. Remove ham cubes out of the pan and put onions into remaining oil. Give it a stir untill it begins to golden slightly.
4. Add spinach to onions, and season with sea salt and black pepper. Сover with a lid and braise.
5. After 10 minutes make a spinach paste out of a mass we got.
6. Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water according to packet instructions until aldentissimo.
7. Put a spinach paste to a pan, add Parmezan and stir.
8. Drain the spaghetti, then transfer it to the pan of spinach and stir well. Put it in a large serving dish.
9. Scatter Mozarella on top of a hill of our gorgeous pasta, and put it into microwave so that it spreads beautifully over.
10. Scatter over our ham cubes and run for fork.
