For dough-
Plain flour 2.5 cup, room temp milk 1/2 cup
Warm water 2cup, yeast – 3 tea spoon salt – 2 pinch
For filling-
pizza sauce – 150 gm
Dice capsicum- 1 medium
Onion- 1/2 medium slice or dice
Sliced mushrooms – 40 GM
Corn kernels – 50 gspinach – 20 gm
Shredded mozrella cheese – 250 gm
( you can add vegetables of your choice)
Garnish – Italian herb , olive oil
-Add 2 tea spoon sugar in warm water(take out water from pre measured water and dissolve nicely. Add 3 tea spoon of instant yeast leave it to raise the yeast for 8-9 minutes.
Add milk. Yeast mix, water(don’t put all water in one go, follow video), pinch of salt and make a slightly runny dough as in video. Cover dough with dump cloth.
– after around 1.5 to 2 hours once your dough raised almost double, kneet it when it’s smooth, cut dough in equally 3 parts
– Roll one pizza roll with hands and pin roller, put your rolled pizza base straight on baking tray to fill it easy.(very important to apply plain flour under your baking tray before you put pizza base on it so it doesn’t stick with tray when you cook it) Fill all sides with shredded mozrella and cover as shown in video.
-sprinkle some cheese on base and cover it with 3-4 rolled white bread as Iin video. Spread pizza sauce nicely on base then add all vegetables of your choice and sprinkle some more shredded mozrella cheese on top.
-transfer baking tray in preheated oven at 200 degree and cook for around 8-9 minutes or when cheese get slightly golden brown colour.
– Take it out from oven, gently transfer in plate and slice nicely with pizza cutter.
To serve – drizzle a pinch of oregano on top and a pinch of salt and enjoy your pizza.
Tip – if your pizza sides looks dry, brush olive oil on sides before you serve. HAPPY COOKING 🔪🔪
