INGREDIENTS
3 Artichoke Hearts
3 clove Garlic, each one cut in 2 parts
3 Eggs, beaten
Fresh Parsley
Salt
Pepper
Extra vergin Olive oil
1 Lemon
Water
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 356°F/ 180°C degrees.
Clean and cut the Artichokes.
Marinate them for 10/15 minutes in a bowlof water with the juice of the lemon
Drain and dry the artichokes
In a pan with extra vergin olive oil gently fry the garlic, add then the artichokes, season with salt & pepper. Stir, add half glass of water and cover. When water is gone, artichokes are ready
Meantime, in a bowl beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and the minced fresh parsley
Place the arichokes in the bottom of an oven tray, add the beaten eggs mixture and bake for 15/20 minutes
Cold or hot will be always good!
