Ingredients list:
for a 9 inch pie pan (22 cm)
For the shortcrust pastry:
2 cups all purposes flour (250 gr)
1 cup sugar (125 gr)
1 pouch vanilla flavour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter (125 gr)
1 egg
20g (1/7 cup) (0,7oz) Pine nuts
For the custard:
500ml (17oz) milk
3 eggs
100g (1/2 cup) (3,5oz) sugar
60g (1/2 cup) (2oz) all purposes flour
1 pouch vanilla flavouring
1 pinch of salt
Preheated ventilated oven 180C / 356F
