Unicorns are my passion so I decided to make a Heart-Shaped Cream Tart with unicorn decorated biscuits.
In this beautiful cake, with which you will be able to amaze all the guests of the party, I used my shortcrust pastry recipe, lemon-scented and crumbly at the right point, to make the heart-shaped bases and for the biscuits to decorate with sugar paste…

For the cream I decided to make a delicious whipped cream with banana flavor, then I took a ripe banana and I blended it with half a glass of whipping liquid cream, once I got a compact cream I combined it in a bowl with 260 ml of another very cold liquid cream and I whipped at maximum speed for about 5 minutes, the aroma is delicious and the flavor even more.

Once the bases were cooked and the biscuits decorated, I started to create the Cream Tart, two layers of crunchy biscuit between fresh cream with banana flavor.
With the pastry bag I made many roses on the first heart, the base of the cake, then I delicately superimposed the second heart, covering it again with cream of roses.
Last of all, the decoration, the moment I love the most and I always wait with a lot of impatience, so I insert my Unicorn biscuits decorated with sugar paste, if you want to see step by step how to decorate them click here:

then I continued inserting meringues, sugars and fuchsia chocolates and the cake is ready !!!
