Daily Apron Recipe 35 – Penne Arrabbiata – Spicy Italian pasta

Penne Arrabbiata, a spicy Italian pasta dish with flavourful and aromatic tomato sauce.
Arrabbiata literally means “angry” in Italian, because the sauce in this dish is supposed to be “angry” spicy.
This recipe is so easy to prepare and tastes like heaven when served fresh. Do try the recipe and let me know how you liked the pasta. The penne can be replaced with any pasta variation, but tastes the best with penne rigate, beacuse the sauce stick inside holes it has, and also on the ridges.
You can always top it with cheese, even though sauce is without cheese in the authentic recipe.
