Spaghetti Aglio E Olio is an easy traditional pasta recipe, which is mainly prepared with lots of minced/sliced garlic in olive oil. Parsley, oregano, cherry tomatoes and parmesan cheese are sometimes used to enhance the flavor but are optional.

Adding red chilli flakes to the dish changes its name to spaghetti aglio, olio e peperoncino. It’s one of my all time favorite italian dish as the subtle savor of garlic sautéed in olive oil simply makes my day.
