We start new video series about making coffee and recipes from the game “My café: Recipes and Stories”. Roman will help us. He is a professional barista from the JS Barista Training Center team. Roman will acquaint us with main types of coffee and will teach how to make coffee and make best coffee recipes.
In this video, you will learn how to make cold coffee: Iced Mocha recipe or as it also called ” cold coffee with chocolate”. Recipe for the iced coffee is very simple:
– We need 50ml of espresso coffee
– Chocolate topping
– Chocolate syrup
– Ice
– Milk
– Whipped cream
To make iced mocha is necessary to whip the ice, chocolate topping, chocolate syrup and espresso. Whipping should take about 40 seconds. Decant the prepared mass to the glass previously decorated with chocolate. Decorate the surface with a cream cap.
