Homemade Ciabatta Bread | No knead Italian ciabatta bread recipe 免揉麵包 意式拖鞋麵包 夏巴塔

 ★ Dough | 麵團製作

Cold water | 冷水 400ml
Instant yeast | 速發酵母 2g(1/2tsp)
Olive oil |橄欖油 2 tsp
All purpose flour | 中筋麵粉 500g
Sea salt | 海鹽 10 g

★ Operating | 操作

Fold the dough every 30-45 minutes, 3 times in total
隔30-45分鐘折疊一次麵團,共計3次

麵團四邊拉升並折疊,再發酵30分鐘
The dough is pulled up and folded on all sides, and rise for another 30 mins

★ Bake | 烘培

攝氏220 / 華氏430 烘烤 25分鐘
Bake at 220°C / 430°F for 25 minutes
