Spaghetti Recipe
Ingredients :

Spaghetti – 100 Gms
Olive Oil – 3 Tbsp
Garlic – 3-5 Cloves
Assorted bell peppers – 50 gms
Sliced Olives – 1 Tbsp
Chilli flakes – to taste
Basil / Oregano chopped – 5gms
Salt to taste
Water – 5-7 cups

Method
1. In 1 pot, add about 8 cups for water, add some salt and oil.
2. Add the spaghetti to boiling water and let blanche for 8 minutes.
3. Take it off the flame and strain it, add some olive oil to prevent sticking.
4. Take a pan, add 2 TBSP of olive oil, once the oil is hot add some finely chopped garlic, oregano, chilly flakes and salt and sauté for a few seconds.
5. Now add assorted bell peppers and tomatoes and toss to mix or mix well.
6. Add Olives and toss or mix well for a few seconds
7. Finally, add the blanched spaghetti and toss it all together.
8. Use a tong to place it in a deep pasta plate.
9. Serve it hot.
