Homemade Margherita Pizza

Ingredients:
500gm flour (the best is Caputo’s Nuvola flour)
330gm water at room temperature
15gm yeast
1 little spoon of sugar
20gm salt
1/2 spoon olive oil

Toppings:
Fresh, juicy tomatoes
1/2 glass olive oil
Parmesan
Salt
