INGREDIENTS:
Spaghetti
Tacos
Meatball Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
2 italian sausage links
1 small onion (diced)
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 garlic cloves (minced)
2 tsp chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp italian seasoning
1/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
To make the meatballs, prepare the ingredients separately then combine them in a mixing bowl. Line a baking sheet with foil and form small meatballs from the mixture. Place them onto the pan and bake for 14-18 minutes at 400 degrees F. The smaller you make them the faster they will cook, so make sure to monitor them occasionally to see how they’re doing!
To make spaghetti tacos, make some spaghetti, warm up some marinara sauce, then combine them. Take out your taco shell and form it any way you’d like, and don’t feed them to your dog for real! (Kiwi just licked at the tacos before we took them away from her. Don’t worry, she got a treat for her hard judging work!)
