FOR THE CHOCOLATE CREAM:
3 yolkS
150 gr sugar
70 gr flour
60 gr cocoa
150 ml whip cream (to add when already whipped, or you can substitute it with 150 gr of butter)
1 L milk
TO FILL CHOUX
500 ml whipping cream
50 gr sugar
Little vanillin
