Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
zest of 2 lemons (or 1 really big one)
icing of your choice or confectioner’s sugar
