In this video I paint a wood-fired pizza in watercolor with a garden salad from a great local Italian restaurant. One of my favorite things to do is eat out, but since we’re still in lockdown I’m trying to support my local eateries by ordering takeout from them. I ordered the food, took a photo of my meal and then drew it with a watercolor pencil. I used cheap tube colors and finished with a dip pen in acrylic ink. I’m definitely ready to purchase some new paints but am making do until my favorite art stores reopen.
