How to make tiramisu

Ingredients:
250g mascarpone cheese
50g (4-5 pieces depends on the size) egg yolks
190g cream (cooking, all-purpose, heavy)
75g sugar
150ml espresso/strong coffee (instant)
ladyfingers
cocoa powder

Procedure:
1. Prepare espresso/strong coffee and set aside.
2. On a bowl, whip 190g cream until it creates soft-medium peaks then keep in the fridge.
3. In a pot, slowly boil 75g sugar and 75g water until fully dissolved. (sugar syrup)
4. In a bowl, whip 50g egg yolks and slowly add sugar syrup while mixing continuously until foamy.
5. Add 250g mascarpone cheese then mix until no lumps remain.
Gently fold in whipped cream until fully incorporated.
6. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the espresso/strong coffee and place them on a baking dish. Repeat, using half the ladyfingers, until you’ve got an even layer. Spread half the mascarpone mixture onto the ladyfingers in one even layer. Repeat with remaining espresso-dipped ladyfingers and mascarpone mixture until the dish is filled.
7. Cover with plastic film and set in the fridge for 2-4 hours.
8. Once it sets, Dust top with cocoa powder to finish.
