Italian Pineapple Dessert (serves 4)
ingredients:
Crushed biscuits 3/4 cup
Melted butter 2tbsp
Pineapple-juice 4tbsp
Softened butter 2tbsp
Icing sugar 1/4 cup
Whipping cream 1/4 cup
Diced pineapples 1 cup
Directions:
Take crushed biscuits of your choice (we used Ulker). Mix melted butter in it.
Layer in serving bowls, 3tsp per bowl. Pour pineapple juice over it, 1 tablespoon per bowl. Then refrigerate.
Take 1/4 cup icing sugar and 2 tbsp softened butter. Mix with a spatula. Layer this mixture in each bowl, 1 tablespoon per bowl. Refrigerate again.
Take 1/4 cup whipping cream and beat it till it thickens. Mix in diced pineapples. Layer this mixture into the bowls. Refrigerate again.
Garnish with crushed biscuits and serve.
