Today v r going to cook ,, Italian recipe pasta in red sauce,, pasta is staple diet in Italy,,, but it is believed to originated from China n entered Italy via silk route of China, pasta means paste like,,,, initially pasta was baked dish which was a mixture slurry of flour, eggs n water but gradually need to preserve this pasta changed its form n people started to use it in the dried form n hence now pasta is available in over more than 300 varieties roughly,,, so today we ll make one of its kind the corkscrew pasta….
