Ingredients
For the wheatgrass dressing
– 1 orange
– 3 tbsp. of olive oil
– 1 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar
– 1 tsp. of fresh ginger
– 1 tbsp. of organic wheatgrass powder
– 1 tbsp. of raw honey (optional)
For the Italian salad:
– Mixed greens
– 1 red pepper
– 1 courgette
– Organic almonds
– Organic raisins
– Kumquats
Preparation –
Place all the necessary ingredients required for the dressing into a blender and blitz until everything incorporates together.
Put your mixed greens into a salad bowl, and liberally drizzle over it, the wheatgrass dressing.
Now prep your vegetables for your salad and add it over your mixed greens and wheatgrass dressing.
