Ruchetta Restaurant Italian main course
Sea bass Acqua Pazza (crazy water)
ingredients for one person :
Salt, Olive Oil, Basil
x2 Bruschetta bread
x1 Lemon
x 2 Cloves of Garlic
x1 fillet of SeaBass or SeaBream
x4 Cherry Tomatoes
x1 bowl of Spinach
1/ Add olive oil to a pan, pop in prepared fillet, add a good pinch of salt.
add a good bunch of basil, chop and add x1 clove of garlic, quarter and add x4 tomatoes, add aprox 1/4 cup of water.
2/ Cover pan with lid and cook for 10 minutes on a medium to hot temperature, stir occasionally.
3/ Place spinach in a pot, add salt and good splash of olive oil, stir and cover on a medium to hot, occasionally stirring.
4/ Griddle or toast bruschetta bread, when lightly browned scrap with a glove of garlic, splash of good olive oil and serve.
5/Serve spinach, slice and squeeze lemon half drizzle spinach.
6/Serve fish fillet and stir over the reaming sauce.
