Step by step Pizza recipe from Dough to Oven using Wholemeal flour

INGREDIENTS :
For 2 pizza’s or 3 a little smaller

Dough:
100 g whole meal flour
200 g strong bread flour
10 g fresh yeast
260 g water
7-8 g salt
2 tbsp extra Virgin olive oil

Mamma tomato sauce:
really ripe tomatoes (San Marzano quality is the best)
extra virgin olive oil
garlic
basil
pinch of salt
or you can use good quality pelati tomatoes( San Marzano) on a tin and just smashed by hands

Topping:
Always tomato sauce and mozzarella
and than whatever you like but never overload your pizza if you want a crispy base!

My topping in the video is:
tomato
mozzarella
grilled peppers and aubergine
goat cheese
plus spicy salame for the meaty one
