Here’s the recipe:
Albadoro Gala’s Authentic Italian Pizza
Flour: 500 grams or 4 cups
Salt: 2 teaspoons
Yeast: 15 grams or 2 Tablespoons
Water: 400 milliliters or 13.5 ounces
Olive oil
Tomato Sauce
Mozzarella and/or Salami Picante
Pour flour into a metal bowl, add salt, yeast and water. Mix well with a wooden spoon. Cover dough with a kitchen towel and let rest for 1 hour. Then pat dough into pizza pan, use flour on your hands if it sticks too much. Spread olive oil to coat dough and next cover with a thin layer of tomato sauce.
Bake 7 minutes at 200 Celsius or 400 Fahrenheit.
Add pieces of mozzarella to cover and bake another 7 minutes.
