My dream homemade pizza toppings! From the best Pepperoni of all through Italian staples such as Margherita and Capricciosa, filled BBQ Meatlovers’ and Supreme, the toughest thing about this is choosing which pizza through make tonight.
If that sounds like a homemade pizza Domino’s menu – Fine! That’s what I’m looking for-so as I add more pizzas, this list will start to expand over time.
We all know the basics when it comes to top pizza combinations and toppings, but one of my favourite things to do is to make a pizza that only has four different things going on, and I’ve just kind of cleaned the cupboards, clean the fridge and see what I can do.
So that’s great, but now the frightening part brings this fantastic masterpiece to my oven. But it slides beautifully because I created it right on my peel on a parchment. It is quick to pass. I’ll just top it off with a bit of olive oil.
Then I will put in any square a little Parmesan, not the pear one. I don’t know that this guy ever fits that well, but here’s just the highest kind of three. Okay, so this will go into the oven for maybe, you know, 7-8 minutes, 500 degrees.
Pizza if you like, my window pan has been in for about eight minutes, absolute, absolute whack, so I’ll look at it. Yeah, exactly what I want. So right below the parchment, put it up to the bed, high. Look at that, yeah, you’ve got the little sausage, lovely, you’ve got the little pear one with goat cheese, it looks great.

-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 2 tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed 1 & ½ tsp
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne ½ Cup
-Red bell pepper julienne ¼ Cup
