Chicken Tikka Pizza:
Ingredients For Dough:
Flour 500 gm
Lukewarm water ½ cup
Salt 1 tsp
Yeast 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp
For Topping:
Sliced onion 1
Sliced capsicum 1
Olives 4-6
Pizza sauce 4 tbsp
Pizza cheese 6 tbsp
Chicken tikka chunks ¾ cup
Method:
For dough sift the flour in a bowl. Then add in the remaining ingredients and knead a dough with lukewarm water. Cover and leave it for a while. Now spread the dough evenly with a rolling pin and place it in a baking pan, spread it well. Then add all the toppings and bake it in an oven until done. Serve hot.
Afghani Chicken Pulao:
Ingredients:
Chicken ½ kg
Garlic 4 -5 cloves
Ginger, chopped 1 tsp
Onions, chopped 2
Green cardamoms 8
Coriander seeds 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
Cloves 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon 3 sticks
Green chilies, chopped 2 -3
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
Tomatoes, chopped 2
Rice 2 cups
Oil 2 tablespoons
Raisins ½ cup
Carrot (cut in long strips) 1
Method:
Mix chicken, garlic, ginger, cloves, cinnamon, onion, coriander seeds, small cardamoms, salt and water in a pan. Cook till the chicken is done. Separate the meat from the stock and keep aside. The stock should measure 4 cups. If there is more, boil it down till you get 4 cups. Heat oil, fry onions till light golden. Add chicken pieces, chopped tomatoes, green chilies, red chili and cumin seeds. Stir well and then add rice and stock, bring to a boil, cover and cook till rice is tender. Simmer pan on a tawa for few minutes, till steam appears on the lid.
Cucumber Milkshake:
Ingredients:
Cold milk 1 cup
Cucumber 1/2 cup
Qarshi 5 tbsp
Sugar to taste
Ice as required
Method:
Mix all the ingredients in a blender and mix well. Now put the ice in the glass and pour the milkshake. Serve immediately.
