Italian Rice Balls Recipe in English
Ingredients:
For Rice Balls
– Boiled Rice (1 1/2 Cup)
– Shredded Boiled Chicken (1 Cup)
– Vinegar (1 Tea Spoon)
– Salt (1 Tea Spoon)
– Black Pepper (1 Tea Spoon)
– Red Chilli (2 Chopped)
– Chopped Bell Pepper (Half)
– Chopped Coriander Leaves (2 Table Spoon)
– Egg (Half)
– Corn Flour (1 Tea Spoon)
For Coating
– 1 Egg Mixed with a Pinch of Salt and Black Pepper.
– Corn Flour
– Bread Crumps
Recipe:
– Mix all the ingredients of Rice Balls.
– Grease your hands with oil and make small balls using the mixture.
– Coat a layer of corn flour on the ball, then dip it in egg and then coat a layer of bread crumps.
– Make all balls by this method.
– Now pre-heat the oil in a pan.
– Fry the Rice Balls at Medium Flame.
– Put a tissue in a plate and take out your rice balls on the plate so that excess oil can be absorbed.
