***TIPS***

1. Experiment with those fillings until you find the way that YOU like it!
2. Don’t forget to cover both sides of that bread in the egg batter mixture but only ONE side with the breadcrumbs. That way, the external parts will turn out nice and crispy!
3. DON’T be tempted to add any oil or butter! You REALLY don’t need it!

10 SLICE OF WHITE BREAD (THINLY SLICED)
220g SLICED MOZZARELLA
120g COOKED HAM
2 EGGS
2 TABLESPOONS OF PARMESAN CHEESE
100ml WHOLE MILK
BREADCRUMBS
SALT
BLACK PEPPER
