This week for #InTheKitchenWithAna I’ll be showing you how to make Zesty Italian Baked Sea Bass! It tastes even BETTER than it looks, if you end up giving this recipe a try let me know by using #CookingWithAna.
Zesty Italian Baked Sea Bass
Ingredients:
Pepper to taste
4 to 6 Sea Bass Fillets
1/3 cup zesty Italian dressing
Handful of basil leaves (optional)
1/2 cup of Italian blend shredded cheese
1 – 14.5 oz can of mild diced green chilis and tomatoes drained
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°
2. Pour Italian dressing over the bottom of a glass or ceramic baking dish, spread evenly.
3. Lay sea bass fillets on top of the dressing.
4. Pour an even layer of the diced green chilis and tomatoes on top of the fish, followed by a plentiful amount of shredded cheese on top.
5. Put baking dish in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
6. Remove from oven when ready and garnish with basil leaves or cilantro. (optional)
