We found this amazing tasting Italian Meatball Soup recipe in Ree Drummond’s Pioneer Woman’s Cookbook. We slow cooked the fresh ingredients, fried the seasoned meatballs, and watched the soup base boil over the flames on the gas cookstove. The kids did a great job on the homestead making cooking videos as seen here. This recipe does not have pasta but it does have cabbage which makes the soup extra special.
