Homemade Pizza

Dough
Ingredients:
3 cups All-purpose flour, sifted
1 packet dry active yeast
1 tbsp. sugar
1 ยฝ tbsp. olive oil
1 cup hot water
ยฝ tsp. salt

Pizza Sauce
Ingredients:
2 cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. black pepper

Toppings
Ingredients:
ยฝ cup Mushrooms, chopped
2 Sausage, diced (meat of choice)
1//2 Red Bell pepper, diced
1 Roma tomato, sliced
1 cup Spinach
1-2 cups Cheese of choice

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Add sifted flour and salt to a bowl.
3. In a separate bowl add packet of yeast, sugar and hot water. Mix together. Let sit for 10 minutes.
4. While yeast is sitting prep your pizza toppings.
5. Once yeast is foamy add into flour. Then add in olive oil and mix together.
6. When the dough comes together lay out on a floured surface and knead 2-3 times.
7. Put dough back into bowl and place a dish towel over it. Let dough sit out for 30 minutes.
8. While your dough is rising make your pizza sauce.
9. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and heat on medium heat.
10. Once dough is done sitting roll it out to desired pizza shape.
11. Add sauce and cheese on top. Place toppings on top, spinach last.
12. Bake pizza for 10-15 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
