Baked Salmon and Sliced Potatoes – RECIPE
Prep Time: 20 mins
Cook Time: 30 mins
Complexity: Easy
Ingredients (6 people):
6 salmon slices
black olives
capers
BAY LEAVES
parsley
garlic
Procedure:
1) Slice the potatoes finely;
2) At the bottom of a baking tray pour some oil and lay 3/4 bay leaves;
3) Layer the potato slice on a baking tray;
4) Put the salmon on top of the potato slices bed and season with some olives, capers, oil, salt, pepper and parsley;
5) Add a new layer of potato slices,
6) Cover with parsley and add salt and olive oil;
7) Let all cook in the oven at 180 degree for about 20 minutes;
8) ENJOY!
ITALIAN FOOD BOSS SPECIAL TIP: Add a bit of water in the tray just before putting in the oven to keep everything moistured.
