Makes 2 Large sized Pizzas

[INGREDIENTS]

–Dough–
– 3 cups of All-Purpose Flour (variations: 1) It can be substituted with all whole wheat flour or 2) you can also mix 1-1/2 cups of whole wheat flour and 1-1/2 cups of all-purpose flour)
– 2 tbsp active yeast
– 1 tbsp sugar
– 1 tsp salt
– Some Italian mixed herbs
– 3-4 tbsp olive oil

–Paneer Tikka Masala Topping–
– 100 grams paneer cut into cubes
– 2-3 tbsps each red & green bell peppers thinly sliced
– 2 tbsp thinly sliced
– For the marination, 1 tsp of red chili powder,1/2 tsp of turmeric, 1 tsp of dhania jeera powder, ½ tsp of garam masala, salt to taste and 1 tbsp plain yogurt

–Sauce–
– 2 cups of crushed tomatoes (I use 365 Organic by WholeFoods)
– Pinch of Pav Bhaji Masala (I use Badshah brand)
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 1-2 tsp salt or to taste
– 1 tsp dried oregano

–Pizza Assembly–
– 4 cups of mozzarella cheese
– Sauce
– Toppings
– Butter (this is optional to brush on ends of the crust to make it crispier)
