How to Make Air Fryer Chicken Pizza| NO CRUST- LOW CARB!
Ingredients:
2 Large Boneless Skinless Chicken breast
Non-stick Cooking Spray
2-3 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Cup Italian Seasoned Breadcrumbs
½ Cup Shredded or Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Gallon Sized Zip Lock Bag
Toppings:
Rao’s Pizza Sauce (or your favorite pizza sauce or make your own)
1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
3-4 oz Thin Sliced Pepperoni
Sliced Mushrooms
Sliced Olives
Basil
Any other desired toppings and seasonings you like.
Directions:
Butterfly both of your chicken breasts. Close them and baste both sides with olive oil. Take your gallon sized zip lock bag and combine Italian breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese together in the bag. Shake until mixed. Keeping the chicken breast closed, drop them in the bag one at a time, coating both sides of the chicken with the mixture.
Prepare your air fryer with some non-stick cooking spray (Don’t forget to use it like we did! ) Place the chicken in the Air fryer on 375 degrees for 10 min. turning them over so both sides cook halfway through. Open up the butterflied chicken and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes on the same temperature. Once cooked you are ready to add toppings. It is easier to leave the chicken in the air fryer when adding your toppings. Cook for another 4 to 5 minutes on 350 degrees and it is done! Delicious easy way to make a low carb dinner for the family!
