With our step-by-step video recipe you’ll be able to make it at home and enjoy authentic Italian Tiramisú. Yum!!
Our Tiramisu Ingredients (下方有中文翻譯喔～):
– About 200 ml moka coffee (if you use other preparation methods, make sure to make a strong coffee. The bitter the better)
– 250 g ladyfingers (you can use other spongy cookies you like, if ladyfingers are not available)
– 500 g Mascarpone cheese (if you really can’t find it, you can use a different creamy fatty cheese but we don’t recommend it)
– 50-80g sugar (40 g for the egg white, 40 g for the egg yolk)
– 4 eggs (separate whites from yolks carefully)
– half a teaspoon of salt (add to the yolks)
– 5 drops of lemon juice or any kind of vinegar (to add to the egg whites only)
– Unsweetened cocoa powder (as much as needed to cover the surface)
