Spaghetti with Tomato sauce, ready in 15 minutes, very fast, simple, healthy and also vegetarian… this is a real italian recipe, as it is made at home every day… it is not a chef recipe, this is the recipe of an Italian mom or dad …
To start: put a pot of water to boil. (2,5-3 liters…)
prepare:
1 clove of garlic.
Oregano at your taste.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil at your taste.
Salt: 30 grams.
A piece of fresh Basil.
Spaghetti: 100 grams per portion.
Tomato “Passata” approx 1 glass.
Start adding oil and then garlic. Let go of the fire and make the “stir-fry” (garlic frying in oil ..) then add the tomato puree, then the oregano and basil. Add a little water if you feel it is too dry.
When the pot with the water boils, add the spaghetti.
When the spaghetti are cooked “al dente” (10 minutes …) add them to the sauce and mix “stir”.
Serve with Parmiggiano or Pecorino, delicious!
