How to make Chicken Marsala.
Ingredients:
700gm of chicken breast fillets
1/2 cup (130ml) of buttermilk
1/2 cup (75gm) of plain flour
2 tsp of pepper
2 tsp of salt
3 tbsp of butter for frying
Sauce:
300gm of mushrooms
1 tbsp of minced garlic + salt
1 tbsp of butter for frying
500ml of Marsala wine
