Ingredients:

Macaroni Pasta: 1.5 cup
Capsicum: 1
Sweet Corns: 3 tbsp
Oregano: 2tsp
Black pepper powder: 1tsp
Butter: 2 Big slices
Refined Flour(Maida) : 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Milk: 1 cup
Pasta water: 2tsp
Coriander leaf for garnish
Two roasted bread slices

Method:

First of all wash the pasta and boil it until it starts expanding. As soon as the pasta gets boiled, switch off the flame and drain out all water from it. Take some of the pasta water in bowl and keep it aside.

Now take a pan, switch on a flame and put it on flame. Now add some butter and oil to it. Now add refined flour in this and roast it for 1 min. Now add milk and check that no lumps would get form. Try continuous stirring so that no lumps will get form.

now add already blanched chopped capsicum and sweet corns along with black pepper powder, oregano and salt.

Now let the sauce becomes thick. Now add macaroni pasta in this..

coat up the pasta and cook for another 1 min. Your pasta is ready to serve..
