This was my first time to do this and thank God it was successful. There is hardly no baking on this dessert, but it requires knowing how to make Italian meringue. I will make a detailed video on how to make an Italian meringue soon.
Ingredients:
Ice cream of your choice
Sponge cake or pound cake or angels food cake
Italian Meringue
Italian Meringue ingredients:
*4 egg whites
*1/4 cup sugar
*pinch of tartar
*pinch of salt
For the syrup:
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup of water
