This is the part 2 of the recent video i just posted, “I trained with a Chelsea player”. It was supposed to be a one whole video of my whole weekend but the video ended up being way too long.
In this video, it is mainly me at home cooking, doing my first cheat day as a footballer.
I am currently in my off-season and i am on a diet.
Doing a cheat day during a diet has proven scientific advantages and as you can see, i have listened to those scientists :DD
