2 cups maida (can use half atta)
1/2 tsp salt
4 tbsp dahi (can use water + 2 tsp lemon juice)
1/2 tsp baking powder (can use 1 tsp Eno in place of baking powder & soda)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp oil
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (use any cheese)
some processed cheese
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
fresh coriander
some onions & capsicum (optional)
