This chocolate salami recipe really reminds me of my nonna. I can still remember her crunching those biscuits with her hands and filling the house with that beautiful smell of chocolate. This is such a party pleaser of a recipe and it’s so easy to make. Here, I’ve made this recipes 2 ways: black & white. Of course you might want to experiment with your own ingredients!

***TIPS***
1. Make sure you mix the egg and sugar very well! Otherwise, the sugar won’t melt and it won’t be as nice to eat.
2. You need to leave them for NO LESS than 3 HOURS in the fridge!
3. For the biscuits, feel free to experiment with your favourites. Plain are always the best for this recipe though because we don’t want it to become overly sweet.
