Today we give you a taste of Italy, by sharing the recipe of a staple Italian comfort food dish ”Spinach & Ricotta Cannelloni”. This recipe is Vegetarian but has dairy in it. In this dish, the pasta is filled with a filling made of spinach, ricotta cheese and pine nuts. After which we spread two sauces we made which are White Béchamel Sauce and Red Tomato Sauce over the rolls. I personally use fresh lasagna strips to rolls the filling in. I wet them up a bit, as it gets better to roll then. I am certain you will enjoy this dish.
Ingredients required:
Fresh Lasagne Strips, Spinach, Ricotta Cheese, Pine Nuts, Tomatoes, White Onion, Olive Oil, Milk, Parmesan Cheese, Butter, Salt, Pepper and Sugar.

Process:
Step One: Make Red Tomato Sauce
Step Two: Make Spinach, Ricotta and Pine Nuts filling
Step Three: Make White Béchemel Sauce
Step Four: Roll filling into lasagne strips
Step Five: Place in a dish and top it over with the sauces
Step Six: Heat in oven
