This pizza is another example of the flexibility that the brioche dough offers. I tend to think of this pizza as a French pizza because of the use of brioche, goat cheese, oven roasted tomatoes, Calamata olives, reconstituted dried shiitake mushrooms along with meat flavored tomato sauce.
