#義式料理# #RicettaItaliana# #ItalianRecipe# 奶油火腿青豆麵是一道典型的秋冬季麵食,視頻中的版本加入了起司更加適合冬季寒冷的氣候,因為熱量爆表。我做的時候起司有點加多了,導致起司味道很重,有點搶了火腿和青豆的味道,有點可惜,起司是用來調味的,加一點就好,我加了太多,以至於起司的味道蓋過了其他食材的味道,加上還有120毫升鮮奶油的加持,所以整個口感有點膩人,但吃起來味道還是不錯的。 這道麵不加起司也是可以的,我原來也不想加,但還是太貪心,而且加了不少,所以説。。。。
