Pasta Pasta
Chef Noom at our international all-day dining restaurant, Up & Above, shows you how to prepare a classic Italian pasta dish to brighten up any table. Easy to make and so delizioso, it is dining fun for the whole family.
Ingredients
2 x tablespoons of chopped onion
1 x tablespoon of chopped garlic
1 x tablespoon of chopped chilli
1 x tablespoon of chopped basil
6 x tomatoes (diced)
A pinch of seasalt
Pamesan cheese
Olive oil
Linguine
Method
Boil linguine for 7-10 mins till al dente and set aside. Add chopped onion, garlic and chilli and a good slug of olive oil to a pan and gently sauté. Add basil, tomato and sea salt. Simmer by gradually adding liquid from the hot water used to boil the linguine. Add the linguine to the tomato sauce. Add some grated Parmesan cheese. Toss well to coat the pasta. Plate up and before serving add additional grated Parmesan as a garnish/topping.
