This deliciously meaty yet creamy dish will always be one of my favourite comfort foods. Typical Sicilian sausage is made with fennel seeds, although I’m sure it is used widely all over Italy. I tend to cook for a family of 5 which is why I have so many ingredients however, if you are cooking for 1-2 people, you will only use half the amount.
Ingredients:
Minced pork 1 pack, half a pack for 1-2 people
Fennel seeds, 1-1.5 table spoons
Onions & Garlic 1 of each
Spinach, 1 cup
Courgettes, 1
Single or double cream, half-1 tub
Tomato puree, 3 tablespoons
