Ingredients for Chicken Potato Croquettes:
Boiled and shredded Chicken 250 grams
Butter 2 Tbsp
1 small Onion
Chilli Flakes 1 Tsp
Salt to taste
Garlic powder ½ tsp.
Italian seasoning 1 Tsp
Plain Flour 2 Tbsp
Milk ½ Cup
2 egg Yolk
Bowled potato ½ Kg
Black Pepper 1 Tsp
Mozzarella Cheese ½ Cup
Oil 2 Tbsp

For coating:
Plain Flour 1 Cup
Bread Crumbs 1 Cup
2 egg whites
Oil for frying

Method:
In a pan heat Oil. Add Chopped Onion. Sauté for 2 minutes. Add shredded Chicken, Chilli Flakes, Salt, Garlic Powder, Italian Seasoning and Flour. Cook Them for 2 Minutes. Add Milk and cook until moisture dries. Let it cool completely.

In a bowl mash or grate Boiled potatoes. Add egg Yolks, Butter, Salt, Black Pepper powder, Mozzarella Cheese and cooked chicken. Mix them well. Grease your hands and make croquettes of equal size.
Refrigerate ½ hour. After ½ hour Coat croquettes with All-Purpose Flour, dip into beaten egg white and then coat with Bread crumbs.

Fry in hot oil on medium flame until golden brown. They can be stored in freezer up to 1 month.
Chicken Potato Croquettes are ready.
