INGREDIENTS
250 ml milk
550 gr flour
50 gr vegetable oil
10 gr yeast
1 tbs sugar
2 egg yolk + sesame seeds
Tomato sauce
Oregano

METHOD
Stir in the fine dough. Mix milk, yeast and sugar, then add oil and flour.
Divide the dough into 8 parts and knead the balls. Let rise until double in size. Cover the balls with translucent foil so that the dough does not dry and take one at a time and roll out on a circle, then coat with the oregano-flavored tomato sauce and place the grated cheese, fold the dough so that you get half a circle, then press the edges of the dough with a fork.
Prepare baking pan and paper, arrange prepared calzoni, coat with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 180 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
