How Randy Santel Trains For Food Challenges After a Long Weight Loss Break!! Hey everyone thanks for clicking to watch this video!! Many of you have asked me what I do to get my body ready and back into “eating shape” after taking a long break from doing food challenges so I can lose weight. This video answers that question and documents my 2-day training regimen that I use now to get my stomach capacity back up and my body ready for the increased volume and calories from foods I eat during my food challenges and eating competitions.
