2 LB 80/20 hamburger
1 lb ground pork or mild Italian sausage
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tbs Italian seasoning
1 tbs onion powder
1 tsp each salt and pepper
2 eggs
1/2 cup of almond flour
1/2 cup of parmesan cheese grated
1/3 cup milk or cream

Mix everything together until well combined, form meat into round balls a little larger than a golf ball, make sure not to form the balls too tightly as that will make for a denser meatball and not light and delicious consistency.

You have two choices for cooking, the quick method consists of placing the meatballs on a sheet pan and cooking them at 325 for 20 minutes, you can then place the meatballs in the sauce of your choosing.

The second choice is after forming the meatballs is to place them in a slow cooker with the sauce and cooking them either on high for 3 hours or on low for 6 to 8. Please note with this method you will have extra oil/fat that will be at the top, very easy to remove the excess with a spoon before serving.
